Energy Industry Site Visits

Within the energy industry, there is a requirement for energy retailers to interact with the customer prior to disconnection.  Service specifications require two site visits prior to a disconnection proceeding.  At Total Risk, our field agents provide this specific service, along with leaving the required documentation (with the account holder, where possible) along with checking their medical dependency status.  The basis of these visits is primarily for the retailer to comply with the pre-disconnection process laid down by the industry regulator.
