We believe communication is key.  As part of our commitment to providing a quality service, Total Risk invested in developing a secure online job management system which enables clients to effectively monitor progress, update details, provide additional instructions, and maintain a close and current status on any particular situation.  

In addition to our online reporting system we provide from the outset a structured Service Level Agreement with clearly stated time frames; monthly updates; regular reports; tracking KPIs; and detailed quarterly management meetings.  It’s all part of us maintaining our leading standard of service.
